The contract includes the removal of harmful substances, the dismantling of the HVAC technology and yard structures in the contract area, as well as the dismantling of movables, equipment and devices in accordance with the contract documents. The demolition work includes the handling, removal and disposal of demolition material and waste. The demolition work must be carried out as a sorted demolition, where as much of the demolition material and demolition waste as possible comes either divert for reuse or recycle. The developer applies for a demolition permit for the site. The demolition contractor is responsible for implementing traffic arrangements during the construction site. The demolition work is performed as a fixed-price total contract. The demolition contractor performs the contract as the main contractor and main implementer. The contractor must familiarize himself with the conditions and regulations concerning the demolition site and the work area before submitting an offer.
