Tender Details

The subject of the order covers the following scope: - delivery of the subject of the order to the headquarters of the ordering party - installation and commissioning of the supplied apparatus/equipment, - training of the ordering staff in the field of operation, cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the delivered item of order, - training the staff of the imaging diagnostics facility in performing tests, - providing the required documents (in accordance with the provisions of the contract). A detailed description of the subject of the order - was indicated in Annex No. 2 - Technical parameters. The ordering party demands that the delivered subject of the order meets the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended), Act of November 29, 2000 Law nuclear (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1), Regulation of the Minister of Health of January 11, 2023 on the conditions for the safe use of ionizing radiation for all types of medical exposure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1288) and other requirements specified in other applicable special provisions and standards relating to the subject of the contract and met the minimum requirements specified in the SWZ. The contractor must have documents confirming the above and is obliged to provide them to the ordering party at any request and at any time - if applicable.
