This contract is a contract for renovation works on a medical imaging and administrative services platform which includes the execution of the following works: Lot 1 - Demolitions, excluding special techniques, of the various work areas such as indicated on the location plan in an operating hospital. The work is to be carried out in four (three + one reduced) distinct phases clearly separated in time. All the renovation work for the medical imaging department of the CHU Tivoli was broken down into 6 separate lots defined as follows: „h Lot 1: Demolitions excluding TS. „h Lot 2: Special techniques - Logistics „h Lot 3: Light partitions, false ceilings, paints. „h Lot 4: Screeds and floor coverings. „h Lot 5: Furniture integrated and wall protections. „h Lot 6: Interior joinery. All of this work will be carried out in four phases including a reduced phase of renovation of corridors to be carried out in the service in operation and outside working hours, in a coordinated manner, in a hospital in service following precise directives communicated by the Adjudicator.
