This software is used in image processing and image analysis of geospatial data. The imagine software application is a component of an image processing system capable of manipulating avhrr, ikonos, and other raster data sets. It inter-operates with arcgis and other geospatial software in use at the ocm. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is far 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source.
