Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The purpose of the consultancy is to support the formulation and validation of the second version of the Interinstitutional Agenda for Paid Domestic Work 2027-2030 and its action plan. The process will incorporate the results of the evaluation of the previous Agenda and will be developed through a methodology participatory, with a focus on gender, labor rights, decent work and results-based management. The consultant must design a social dialogue strategy for the implementation and monitoring of the Agenda, under the leadership of the MTSS and with the participation of INAMU, public institutions, organizations of domestic workers and employers. Likewise, it must facilitate the strategic planning process, formulate the theory of change, define objectives, results, indicators, goals and institutional responsibilities, prepare the action plan and support the validation, approval and officialization of the Agenda.
