Dear Tenderer, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to perform functions as an external collaborator. The work to be done is summarized below:The ILO requires the hiring of a specialized consultancy to prepare a working document that identifies, documents and systematizes the main policies, programs, strategies and interventions aimed at promoting the formalization of employment and economic units in Costa Rica, within the framework of the project “Improving the integrated framework of public policies to facilitate the transition from the informal to the formal economy, with a gender focus and promotion of fair transitions towards decent work.” Labor informality affects approximately 37% of the employed population in Costa Rica and constitutes a structural challenge for decent employment, productivity and social protection.
