Dear bidder: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The ILO requires hiring a specialist to carry out the actuarial modeling and valuation of the Illness, Maternity and Accident Regime (EMA) of the Guatemalan Social Security Institute (IGSS), through the application of the ILO Health Actuarial Model (ILO/HEALTH). The consultancy will include the analysis, processing and validation of the available information; the configuration and model calibration; the formulation of demographic, labor, economic and specific hypotheses of the Regime; the preparation of demographic and financial projections; and the analysis of sensitivity and alternative scenarios. Likewise, the actuarial report will be prepared with the main results, conclusions and technical recommendations, and the transfer of knowledge will be carried out to the IGSS technical team on the preparation of inputs, the use of the model and the interpretation of its results. The work will be carried out under the coordination and technical supervision of the ILO and in close collaboration with the technical counterparts designated by the IGSS.
