IK - EEA 092-2025 Step 1 Qualification, Framework agreement Safety packages
The purpose of the procurement is to establish new agreements for security alarms and security packages that meet the municipalities' requirements for quality, including functionality, ease of use, operation and management. In addition, new agreements fulfill statutory requirements for privacy and information security. The technology must also support the overarching goal of increased security, coping and activity based on the needs of the individual, including facilitating that the individual can cope as much as possible himself, including with assistance from next of kin. This means that the technology must be able to function both as an option for active triggering of an alarm for anyone who needs it, regardless of functional level, and a passive way of triggering an alarm for those who need it. There are many different user groups and it is only the imagination that sets restrictions on who it is.
