Ignition plug - 8 Unit Spark Plugs for Brushcutter REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PRESENTATION OF OFFERS A. The process will be awarded to the supplier who presents the complete offer, complies with the required technical specifications and whose line of business corresponds to the item being contracted, in accordance with its current Operating Permit. B. The offer must be submitted in original, duly signed and sealed, in the name of the Heroic and Meritorious Fire Department of Honduras. C. The offeror must attach to your proposal the following documentation: a. National Tax Registry (RTN). b. Current Fiscal Solvency. D. All documentation presented must bear the official seal of the company and the signature of the legal representative or authorized person. E. The awarded supplier must accept Exempt Purchase Order, deliver the goods with their respective invoice and receipt, and grant a minimum credit of thirty (30) calendar days. F. The payment method will be against institutional delivery, so the The supplier must fully deliver the awarded goods before initiating the corresponding payment process. G.
