Description : This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Concrete Pumping Services on an ¿as-needed¿ basis. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rate(s) specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, operators, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, travel, per diem, licenses, permits, insurance, and every other item of expense necessary to perform services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL) at Institutions/Facilities specified in Exhibit F, List of Participating Institutions/Facilities and Contact Information.
