A.Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, personnel, and any other items necessary to perform clinical oversight of DSH¿s Radiology Department by fulfilling the role of Radiology Director, in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, part 20 (10 CFR 20), section 20.1101, the California Health and Safety Code, section 124850(g), and the California Code of Regulations (CCR), title 17, sections 30255(b) (1&2) and 30305 (b) (1&2), for x-ray supervision by an off-site supervisor.
