The Contractor will provide helicopter flight services as an aerial platform for videography and photography, transportation of passengers and equipment, and reconnaissance missions at various locations throughout California as required in accordance with the specifications delineated in the Scope of Work and pursuant to work assignments by DWR.Typical flights include: Detailed documentation of the State Water Project facilities and construction, aqueducts, pumping plants, lakes, reservoirs, dams, rivers, streams, snow surveys and the DWR¿s visitor centers and marinas. Flights to transport equipment and provisions for snow sensor/weather station maintenance staff to various areas in the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
