Description : The Contractor must supply all qualified labor, equipment, and materials to perform annualinspections, service, proof-load tests and /or repairs. The Contractor will provide inspectionreports, and issue certifications of compliance for fall protection equipment with self-retractinglifelines, retrieval winches, horizontal lifelines, and anchor points. The equipment must beinspected to the manufacturer¿s frequency and certification standards.
