Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area 11 through the COB FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE PESOS AND 88/100 ONLY (₱ 2, 518, 945.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ICT Supplies for Area Center XI. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area 11 now invites bids for ICT Supplies for Area Center XI using the Most Economically Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB) modality. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
