The procurement covers the customer's entire personnel user environment in two main groups: office users and field users. property users (about 50 people) mainly work on Windows workstations and widely use M365 office applications and industry-specific systems. Field users (around 90 people) mainly work on mobile devices with a more limited number of tools (e.g. email, Teams and browser) and their support needs are emphasized for mobile use. The terminal device base consists of approximately 80 Windows workstations and approximately 170 mobile devices (iOS and Android). The service contract is to be concluded during Q3.
