The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced companies to provide ICT professional services in relation to the further development of Leaving No One Behind (LNOB) platform and Social Protection Online Toolbox (SPOT) platform of ESCAP. The scope of service includes the development of new functionalities and content in alignment with project deliverables and feedback from Member States, as well as the provision of regular maintenance services to ensure optimal platform performance.The required services encompass the following:1. Leaving No One Behind (LNOB) platform:• Website re-design and architectural update• Generate new statistical content• Optimization of interactive data analysis tool• Optimization of interactive data visualization tool• Inclusion of new interactive functionalities• Hosting & Maintenance2. Social Protection Online Toolbox (SPOT) platform:• Website re-design and architectural update• Generate new statistical content and interactive data visualization tools• Hosting & MaintenanceContract Duration: The services shall commence tentatively on 1 April 2026 and be completed by 31 December 2029.Please note that this EOI is not a solicitation.
