Other Instructions : Conditions for Participation : a. the Tenderer exists as a single legal entity at the Closing Time; b. the Tenderer must hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record for its entity type; and c. the Tenderer must hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services as part of a contract resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive).
