IT DEPARTMENT (Dit) carries out projects of different sizes. These are IT projects in various fields (for example infrastructure, software, organization and process management). To this end, the said, needs external support in various forms in the fields of project management, organizational advice and tenders. Planning the project portfolio is subject to many factors and therefore cannot be planned with precision. This is why a framework contract relating to the support of services in the field mentioned above is being tender over several years. The following roles must be offered for the support:- IT project manager; Senior IT project manager; Public procurement specialist; Advice in process and organization. Support is ordered on the basis of an individual contract. Recovery within the framework of an individual contract will have taken into account the respective professional, procedural and technical issues.
