Helsinki region's environmental services, or HSY, is a municipal association whose member municipalities are Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen. We produce municipal water and waste management services as well as information about the capital region and the environment. There are approximately 14 offices. Personnel approximately 900 people. We ask candidates applications for participation in the negotiation procedure for ICT basic service reform. The primary target of the procurement is services for the IT environment. The target of the procurement is the following services:•data center and capacity services•CMDB•Cloud services Azure•workstation services including workstation and additional device acquisitions•user services including application support, e.g. M365•development services and expert services for these areas•monitoring and management services•work control system as a service•Additional services•Service implementation projects The procurement unit (HSY) currently has services similar to the procurement entity, which the contracts are valid until further notice. Currently, the services are provided by many different suppliers and we are aiming for a single supplier implementation model. The procurement unit does not undertake to acquire all services from the same supplier, but in accordance with the current goal, we are looking for one supplier, with whom we will enter into an agreement for all the areas subject to tendering the service description and requirement specifications are not directly available from the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal, as they contain to the subscriber confidential...
