1. The BUREAU OF TREASURY (BTr), GOVERNMENT SERVICE INSURANCE SYSTEM (GSIS), SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM (SSS), PHILIPPINE DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION (PDIC), and INSURANCE COMMISSION (IC), collectively comprising the Insurance Cluster, through their respective sources of funding, as follows:
• BTr - General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026
• GSIS - Corporate Operating Budgets (COBs) for FYs 2026 and 2027
• SSS - COBs for FYs 2026 and 2027
• PDIC - COBs for FYs 2026 and 2027
