1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (PhP6, 610, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Two (2) Years License Subscription and Support Services for the Existing GoAnyWhere Managed File Transfer Software Solution with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20260623-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
