1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Pesos Only (PhP5, 583, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Two (2) Years Subscription of Internet Services Using Low Earth Orbit Satellites with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20260610-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LANDBANK now invites bids for Two (2) Years Subscription of Internet Services Using Low Earth Orbit Satellites. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
