1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Six Million Fifty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (PhP136, 059, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 1, 705, 000 pcs. LANDBANK EMV Scheme Card with Personalization, Kitting Services and Collaterals with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20260520-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
