with Three (3) Years Subscription and Support Services
1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Five Million Pesos Only (PhP35, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Additional License for the Existing Replication Software with Three (3) Years Subscription and Support Services with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20251113-01(2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LANDBANK now invites bids for Additional License for the Existing Replication Software with Three (3) Years Subscription and Support Services. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
