1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through LANDBANK-s 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos Only (PhP15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Year Specialized Professional Support to Oracle Hardware and Software Products with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20250714-01(2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LANDBANK now invites bids for One (1) Year Specialized Professional Support to Oracle Hardware and Software Products. Delivery of the Goods is required within one year to start upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
