1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the total sum of Four Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php4, 240, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Pre-Employment & Supervisory Exam and Psychological Assessment for LANDBANK Rank-and-File Applicants and Employees with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20250630-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
