The subject of the procurement is ICT and production economics online training modules for the teaching use of Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy, as well as, if necessary, additional services related to their delivery, such as an electronic learning platform, pedagogical resources and technical support services. Online training module for procurementn items can be, for example, programming, cloud technologies, software development, databases, information security, etc.
Online training modules are primarily implemented on Metropolia's Moodle training platform. On a case-by-case basis, the Subscriber may also accept the Supplier's own training platform; In this case, Tthe supplier is responsible for the platform's information security, server environment and maintenance.
As a general rule, the Teaching Materials of online training modules must be made available for public distribution, e.g. as pdf-format entities, which are taken by the Subscriber to the Finnish National Board of Education's Open Learning Materials Library(www.aoe.fi).
The procurement establishes a framework arrangement for which a maximum of 10 suppliers will be selected, if there are enough offers according to the request for tenders. The amount of purchases made with the framework arrangement is a maximum of 1, 000, 000 euros without VAT.
