Description : The City of Ottawa has a requirement for the implementation of an on-premises Speech Automated Attendant & Directory solution that will serve both residents and employees for internal and external routed calls. The City of Ottawa will only accept on-premises, City owned solutions for this requirement. This requirement includes both the procurement of the proposed solution and vendor supplied professional services to aid in a rapid and seamless deployment and integration with the City-s Cisco PBx. The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA). All information submitted in response to this RFT is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
