Ice breaker service This procurement primarily concerns ice breaking services within the Örnsköldsvik Harbor and fairway area. The service includes ice breaking at Framnäs port, Domsjö port, Hörneborg port, Alfredshem port, Oil port in Järved, Hörneborg energy port and the fairway out to Malmöfjärden. This also includes the port of Köpmanholmen. If necessary, ice breaking at Stadskajen can also be added. The assignment includes both preparedness and execution of ice breaking. Estimated volume is approximately 200 hours per season, but volume may vary between seasons and is not guaranteed. The procurement is carried out as a negotiated procedure with prior advertising according to LUF. The customer can, but does not have to, negotiate with one or more tenderers.
