Description

In order to be eligible to perform under this contract, successful offerors must possess or be able to obtain appropriate security, facility and personnel clearances in accordance with the guidelines mandated in National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DOD 5220.22-M. If a selected offeror does not possess the necessary clearances, the Agency can initiate a request to sponsor the firm for clearance through the DCSA Facility Clearance Branch; however, a sponsorship request does not guarantee that the firm will receive the clearance and the award of this contract will not necessarily be delayed due to the contractor's inability to obtain an interim clearance in a timely manner.
