1) The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the CALENDAR YEAR 2025 & 2026 intends to apply the sum SIXTY-THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 63, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF THIRTEEN (13) UNITS ELECTROCAUTERY MACHINE WITH ADVANCED VESSEL SEALING DEVICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF THIRTEEN (13) UNITS ELECTROCAUTERY MACHINE WITH ADVANCED VESSEL SEALING DEVICE using the Competitive Bidding.
