1) The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the CALENDAR YEAR 2026 intends to apply the sum FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (PHP 4, 114, 240.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR (4) SETS CESAREAN SECTION SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR (4) SETS CESAREAN SECTION SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required by October 31, 2026 or 90 Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
