ACT 2026, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY- FIVE THOUSAND AND FOUR PESOS ONLY (Php 3, 485, 004.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the DESIGN AND
BUILD FOR THE COMPLETION OF EXISTING WAREHOUSE (3RD FLOOR) - 120
CALENDAR DAYS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening. 2) The BATANGAS MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for above Procurement
Project. Completion of the Works is required WITHIN 120 CALENDAR DAYS UPON
RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within THE
LAST FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract
