1) The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the CALENDAR YEAR 2024 intends to apply the sum FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (PHP 15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) LOT DIGITAL C-ARM X-RAY SYSTEM WITH FLAT PANEL DETECTOR AND POINT OF CARE ULTRASOUND, NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT AFTER TWO FAILED BIDDINGS.
