1) The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the CALENDAR YEAR 2024 intends to apply the sum FIFTY-SEVEN MILLION PESOS (PHP 57, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CENTRAL STERILE SUPPLY DEPARTMENT/ REPROCESSING UNIT PROJECT FOR SPMC KIDNEY TRANSPLANT INSTITUTE, RE-BID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
