1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the General Administration and Support Services (GASS) Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Two Million Pesos (₱92, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infrastructure Services and Materials for the Completion of Integrated Three-Storey Office and Plenary Hall Complex of DSWD Academy. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
