1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the DSWD CY2026 Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Two Million Four Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Six Hundred Eight Pesos and Sixty-Four Centavos (₱132, 474, 608.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Hiring of Security Service Provider for 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DSWD now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
