Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO MANAGED PRINT SERVICE FOR THE DSWD-CRISIS INTERVENTION PROGRAM (CIP) FOR CY 2026

1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the CY 2026 Funds intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php7, 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Subscription to Managed Print Service for the DSWD-Crisis Intervention Program (CIP) for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DSWD now invites bids for above-mentioned procurement. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within the past three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
