1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS), intends to apply the sum of Forty-Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Fifty-One Pesos and Thirty-Two Centavos (PhP43, 995, 051.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of SWADCAP Video Conferencing System Upgrade under IB No. GOP/24-DSWD-058. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirement). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
