1) The City Government of Tagbilaran, through the GAA 2026³ intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Six Hundred Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Four and 17/100 only (Php 12, 645, 934.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. 2608-401 Procurement of Infra (Construction of 2-Storey, 4-Classroom School Building in Ubujan Elementary School). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tagbilaran, now invites bids for Construction of 2-Storey, 4-Classroom School Building in Ubujan Elementary School.⁴ Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
