[Supply and Installation of Airconditioning Units]
1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TAGBILARAN, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 25-07 for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS (PHP406, 965.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Airconditioning Units. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TAGBILARAN now invites bids for Supply and Installation of Airconditioning Units. . Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
