FOR

Supply and Delivery of Four (4) set Adult and Pediatric Surgical Gel Pads

Reference No. IB No. 24-124

1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the Health Facilities Enhancement Program General Appropriation Act 2022 (HFEP GAA 2022) Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos only (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 24-124 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the past three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
