PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEAN LINEN UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

IB NO. 2026-FA-46
1) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, through the GAA 2025 CONAP AND GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php26, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Provision of Clean Linen under Framework Agreement for 12 months. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of clean linen shall be made within ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of first Call Off Order. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
