Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the
General Appropriations Act 2026, Continuing Appropriations Act and SAA 2026-01
0215 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Four
Hundred Thirty-Nine Philippine Pesos (Php 3, 258, 439.00) only being the Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various
Medical and Other Devices under IB No. 2026-54. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of Various Medical and Other
Devices using provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within
30 Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders
should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
