Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the
General Appropriations Act 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred
Twenty Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php 3, 220, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Chromogenic
Enzyme Water Testing Reagent with Sample Vessels 120ml with Sodium Thiosulfate, pack
of 100 set under IB No. 2026-53. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be
rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of Chromogenic Enzyme Water
Testing Reagent with Sample Vessels 120ml with Sodium Thiosulfate, pack of 100 set using
provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 Calendar
