Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the
Continuing Appropriations Act and SAA 2026-01-0215 intends to apply the sum of Forty
Three Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php 43, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Oxygen Tank and
Therapy Set under IB No. 2026-37. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically
be rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of Oxygen Tank and Therapy Set
using provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30
Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should
have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts
similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
