Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the
Continuing Appropriations SAA 2025-09-004498 intends to apply the sum of Five Million
Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Philippine Pesos and (Php 5, 460, 000.00) only being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement
of ECG Machine with Analyzer under IB No. 2026-35. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of ECG Machine with Analyzer
using provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30
Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should
have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts
similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
