Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the
Continuing Appropriations SAA 2025-09-004498 intends to apply the sum of One Million
Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Philippine Pesos (Php
1, 365, 280.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Procurement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and
Commissioning of Electro-Hydraulic Obstetric or Delivery Table under IB No. 2026-29.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement for the Supply, Delivery,
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electro-Hydraulic Obstetric or Delivery Table
using provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30
