IB NO. 2026-25
1) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, through GAA 2025 CONAP and GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php2, 360, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB NO. 2026-25 Procurement
of Subscription for Medical Information System for One (1) year. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Start of subscription service shall be within thirty (30) days from receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders
should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
