1) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-EVCHD), through the Various DOH EVCHD Funds (GAA 2026 and CONAP SAA) intends to apply the sum of the following:

2) The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of Inks using provisions under Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP) and approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
